The Mirror reports that a firm which organises hunting trips in the UK costing up to £25,000 has come under fire from animal welfare campaigners.
The company, Europehunts.com, is jointly run by an American and a British man and offers ‘world record class animal’ hunting with the top-end animals such as red stags costing up to £25,000. Smaller animals are priced anywhere between £16,500 to £3,500 with accommodation, flights and meals available as add-on costs.
The group, Bedfordshire Against Trophy Hunting, has started a petition to have the website closed down.
