This analysis presents data on estimates of total final energy consumption at a local authority level. The analysis uses source data from the Department for Energy Security & Net Zero and covers the period 2012 to 2021. Comparisons are provided on a per head of population basis for a chosen class of authority, rural classification or alternative member authority, as well as providing the actual energy consumption broken down between types of fuel and the consuming sectors.
