Make a Difference in Rural Housing, GRCC Is Recruiting

Gloucestershire Rural Community Council (GRCC) is recruiting a Rural Affordable Housing Enabler to join its Rural Affordable Housing Team.

This full-time post (with part-time considered, minimum 4 days/28.8 hours) is offered on a 2-year fixed-term contract, with potential for extension. Salary is £30,000–£35,000 per annum (pro rata), depending on experience.

The successful candidate will work with local authorities, housing associations and communities across Gloucestershire to help enable the delivery of affordable rural housing, from identifying need and potential sites, through to supporting planning processes and Section 106 agreements. The role would suit someone with experience in housing and/or planning who is keen to make a tangible difference in rural communities.
