Planning Reform Working Paper: Speeding Up Build Out
The paper invited views on further action the government could take to encourage a faster build out rate. The paper formed part of a series of working papers on different aspects of planning and housing market reform, designed to inform further policy development in collaboration with the wider sector. It proposed options to incentivise a faster rate of build out and posed questions on how this could be achieved.
