Help start a new community
Land and Leisure are a cooperative development currently in the works under director Laurence Keeley. Our goal is to develop a community health farm in Herstmonceux. This organic farm ideally will include the following:
- Seasonal fruit and vegetables
- Livestock (sheep, cows, chickens)
- Camp site for weekends & holidays
- Members marquee
- Workshops, conferences and events
- Activities such as fishing, sporting events & children’s holiday clubs
We are currently in the early stages of this endeavour and are looking for like-minded individuals who would want to take advantage of this unique opportunity. Any ideas that you can bring to the table are also welcome. Together, we hope to bring a welcoming community farm to our region.
