APPG
The All-Party Parliamentary Group (APPG) on Rural Services is a cross party Group of MP’s from rural constituencies.
The Rural Services Network provides the Secretariat for the APPG.
A meeting of the APPG in January 2026 established the APPG’s leadership team:
- Chair Sarah Dyke MP , Liberal Democrat MP for Glastonbury and Somerton
- Vice Chair Sam Rushworth, Labour MP for Bishop Auckland
- Treasurer Caroline Voaden MP, Liberal Democrat MP for South Devon
- Secretary Dr. Kieran Mullan MP, Conservative MP for Bexhill and Battle

The current priority areas for the APPG are:
- Rural Fair Funding
- Rural Economic Growth (small businesses)
- Rural Resilience (exploring energy resilience and areas such as transport and digital connectivity)
