Rural Issues Forum (RIF)

The Rural Insight Forum is organised and led by the Rural Affairs team in DEFRA.

It includes key national rural stakeholders including the Rural Services Network, and exists as a forum to enable a two way information exchange on issues impacting rural communities and service providers.

The RIF meets monthly and often includes other Government Departments who attend to present policy or consultation and gather feedback from attendees.
